Collaboration
Prodwave supports teamwork: organizations, roles, invitations, model sharing, comments, and real-time presence indicators.
Organizations
Create organizations and switch between them. Each organization has its own models, members, and settings (currency, name).
Roles
- viewer — view models without the ability to make changes
- commenter — view and comment
- editor — view and edit models
- admin — full access, manage members and settings
Invitations
Administrators can invite members by email with a designated role. The invitee receives an email with a link to accept.
Model Sharing
Share models in three ways: a public link with an assigned role (viewer/commenter/editor), email invitation, or copying the model to your organization.
Comments
Comments are attached to dashboard widgets or canvas blocks. Mentions via @ are supported, as well as marking comments as resolved.
Presence
Online user avatars are displayed in real time on each model. You can see who is currently viewing or editing the model.
